Registration
Workshop delegates will be nominated by the agency and industry members of the SpaceOps executive committee and committee at large but will still have to complete a SpaceOps2011 workshop registration form (PDF - 31kB - link opens in a new window). The completed form should be emailed to the Organising Committee.
There is no registration fee. Delegates will have:
- Access to all the sessions
- Coffee breaks
- A copy of the presentations
Delegates will be responsible for their own accommodation and meal costs. There will be an informally organised workshop dinner (TBC) for which the delegates must pay.
Presentation Submission
Delegates who wish to make a presentation at the Workshop in one of the three Themes should complete a SpaceOps2011 Workshop presentation title submission form (PDF - 15kB - link opens in a new window). The completed Form should be emailed to the Organising Committee.
Delegates can make more than one submission. The Technical Committee will decide which presentations will be accepted at which point the presenter will be asked to supply a short biographical CV. The final presentation in PowerPoint format must be sent to the Organising Committee by 27 May 2011.
