RAL Space Involvement
RAL was a Co-Investigator group on two Nexus mission proposals, contributing scientific expertise. RAL also offered to provide use of its ground station and the Blue Chamber calibration facility.

Main Objectives
To study plasma flows in the solar atmosphere and provide EUV imaging and spectroscopy of high-temperature plasmas. Scientific questions included initiation of Coronal Mass Ejections, acceleration of the fast solar wind, particle acceleration in shocks and coronal heating.
