Our Quality Policy is that we aim to deliver, to schedule and at an agreed price, products and services that meet or exceed the requirements of our customers. We aim to become more effective in doing this through seeking the views of our customers, investing in our infrastructure and staff, and by reviewing, monitoring and improving the internal and external processes we use to deliver our products and services.
The department’s Quality Management System was first certified as meeting the ISO 9001 standard in 1999, and we are currently certified to ISO 9001:2015.
